Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Larger pieces shipped via White Glove Delivery typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and carrier availability.
What is your return policy for rugs and home decor?
We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee on select large furniture items. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I request fabric or wallpaper swatches?
To help you shop with confidence, we offer swatches for many of our upholstered furniture pieces and wallpaper designs. Swatches can be ordered directly from the product page for a nominal fee.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
