We want you to love your home, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return most items within 60 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply depending on the item category.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable fees, within 7-10 business days.
